I am 26 year old, soon to be graduated grad school student, living in the awesome city of, Chicago and trying to figure this whole life thing out.
I will soon graduate with a Masters in General Psychology and with a certification in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I have always been driven to live a healthy, happy lifestyle but, like most of us, have occasionally been driven off course.
With big life changes approaching, I recently decided to shift it into high gear and get committed to this health and happiness I have sought for so long.
Zennin’ Em chronicles what I have learned, and continue learning, on my journey to living my best life.
When I initially started adopting healthier practices, I began to figure out what worked and what didn’t; what felt right and what left me feeling empty; what felt good only temporarily and what lead to longer lasting change.
Adopting a healthier lifestyle and mindset became a game of trial and error. And since I know so many of you out there seek happier, healthier lives, it seemed unfair to keep all of my findings to myself!
I fully believe that complete and totally happiness is achieved with a mind, body, soul approach. Once these three things align, you are likely to feel healthier and happier than ever before. This blog touches on all three areas and shares not only how I have improved them in my life but also how you can do the same.
To give you an idea, this blog will include topics on (just to name a few):
-LIVING A FREAKIN’ AWESOME LIFE!
Above all us, Zennin’ Em is about me putting my true, honest, authentic self out there in hopes that it will inspire you to do the same! 🙂
